Contract Position
Respite
Description of Service
Provides planned or emergency short-term relief to the primary caregiver of persons with developmental disabilities. Services are provided in the home of the contractor or the person with developmental disabilities.
Rate of Payment
$10.00/hour for up to 10 hours; $100/day for 10 hours or more.
Areas to be Served
Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Lee and Williamson Counties only.
Eligibility Requirements
At least 18 years of age; high school diploma/GED. Must have one year of experience. If services are provided in contractor’s home, must have homeowner’s insurance and be subject to an inspection of the home. Current auto liability insurance required. Must have experience providing services to persons with developmental disabilities. Must pass background screening.

Contract Position
Supported Home Living/Community Supports
Description of Service
Direct personal assistance with activities of daily living for adults with developmental disabilities. Includes providing transportation and assisting with training in life skills in the consumer’s home and in the community.
Rate of Payment
$16.00/hour individual service; $19.00/hr group service

Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Gonzales, Guadalupe, and Lee Counties only.
Eligibility Requirements
At least 18 years of age; high school diploma/GED; copy of DPS driving record and proof of auto liability insurance. Experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Must use own car and provide transportation for the consumer. Current auto liability insurance required. Must pass background check.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapist
Description of Service
Bluebonnet Trails Community Services is seeking independent licensed therapists to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for adults following the guidelines as detailed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Basics and Beyond by Judith S. Beck.
Rate of Payment
$40.00/hour for individual session: $20.00/hour for group sessions

Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Lee and Williamson
Eligibility Requirements
Must be licensed in the State of Texas as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT or PH.D. Must have current professional liability insurance. Must have completed required CBT training for this service through the Department of State Health Services.

Description of Service
Provides psychological services needed to complete a diagnosis for Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, Autism or related diagnosis for individuals seeking services in designated service area.
Rate of Payment
$350.00 for completion of a DMR; $100 for an endorsement.

Eligibility Requirements
Licensed in the state of Texas by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists in accordance with the Texas Revised Civil Statute Article. Prefer the applicant to have experience with a Local Authority completing diagnostic assessment (DMRs), endorsements, and assessments to determine eligibility.
